What AxiionIQ is — and is not
AxiionIQ provides market analytics, options market structure data, and research tools.
AxiionIQ does not provide investment advice. Nothing on the platform is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not a registered investment adviser or a broker-dealer, and no content constitutes a personalized recommendation or a solicitation.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Consider seeking advice from a qualified professional before trading.
Trading risk
Trading securities and options involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Options in particular can expire worthless and can lose value rapidly.
Past performance does not predict future results. Analytics, signals, backtests, and historical statistics shown on the platform are not guarantees, and no outcome is assured.
Brokerage accounts and order execution
Any brokerage account you connect remains yours. Your relationship with your brokerage is governed by their agreement, not ours.
If you enable order placement, you authorize us to transmit orders to your brokerage on your instruction. You remain responsible for every order placed through your account. We do not guarantee that an order will be received, accepted, executed, or executed at any particular price.
Automated and copy-trading features
Where automated or copy-trading features are available, they operate only after you explicitly authorize them, and you may revoke that authorization at any time, which stops further activity.
You accept that automated execution carries additional risks including but not limited to technical failures, connectivity loss, data delays, brokerage rejections, price slippage between a signal and your fill, and account restrictions that may prevent an order from being placed or closed.
Results will differ between users. Order sequencing, account size, position sizing, brokerage rules, and available buying power all affect outcomes. Another user's results are not an indication of what yours will be.
You are responsible for setting appropriate risk limits and for monitoring your own account.
Data accuracy
Market data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. We do not warrant its accuracy or timeliness, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per [REFUND POLICY — to be specified].
Acceptable use
